Certain activities, such as truffle hunting, are weather-dependent. In the event of unfavorable weather that prevents these outdoor experiences, we will refund 20% of the total price for each affected day.

Allergies or dietary needs
Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions, such as allergies or intolerances, so we can prepare accordingly. We are happy to accommodate special diets, including gluten-free options. While we can also cater to vegetarians, please note that the variety of your dining experience may be somewhat limited.
Payment
Once availability for the Wild Foods Epicurean Experience is confirmed, we will provide you with payment instructions. Payments can be made securely using your credit card, either VISA or MasterCard.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, which is refundable up to 60 days before your tour start date. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival and becomes non-refundable at that point.
